What’s happening to Sleep Country USA?

Starting in July, Sleep Country USA stores are being re-named to Sleep Train. Customers will see store signs change from Sleep Country USA to Sleep Train through October. You’ll continue to experience the same great people, service, selection and guarantees — just under a new name. Sleep Country and Sleep Train have been operating separately with the same business and philanthropic platforms for nearly a decade, and now, we will share the same name.

Is Sleep Country USA going away?

No, we are just being re-named! Your favorite store will remain and you’ll continue to experience the same great people, service, selection and guarantees — just under a new name, Sleep Train.

When is this happening?

Signs will change starting in July. We anticipate all store signs to be changed to Sleep Train by October.

I just purchased a new mattress. Who will be delivering it?

Your products will be delivered by the same team, company and truck and they will still remove your old mattress. You’ll notice the side of the truck already includes the Sleep Train brand name.

Will my store still be open?

Yes, all stores will remain open and business will not be affected by the name change.

Will my sales person still be available if I have questions?

Yes, your sales person will still be available. Current employees will be unaffected by the name change.

What about the purchase guarantees/warranties I was provided with my purchase?

All customer guarantees and warranties will be the same and will be honored. You’ll experience the exact same company, employees, great selection of brand name mattresses, superior service and guaranteed lowest price– just under a new name.

What about the Foster Kids program?

The Sleep Country Foster Kids program will become the Sleep Train Foster Kids program. The program will continue hosting annual donation drives to collect essential material items to benefit its local partner nonprofit foster organizations and the Northwest’s nearly 20,000 foster children. The annual Pajama Bowl event will also continue — the next event is scheduled for April 2016.

I made a donation. What happens to that donation?

All essential items collected in-store and online monetary donations will be donated as planned to our Northwest nonprofit foster organization partners that provide the items to foster children in need.

Will the Pajama Bowl still happen?

YES! The Pajama Bowl will continue under the Sleep Train name with the next event scheduled for April 2016.
