We will take away the packaging and set up your new bedframe and mattress.

We will remove your old mattress and immediately dispose of it for you.
Preparing for Red Carpet Delivery
- Clear a delivery path free from furniture, breakables, valuables, and other obstructions from your front door to your bedroom.

If your delivery path includes narrow hallways or stairs, the Red Carpet Delivery team may determine the risk of potential damage to your home or your new mattress. You may have the option of signing a damage waiver to proceed with delivery.

The person receiving and signing the delivery acknowledgement must be at least 18 years of age.

The delivery team must verify the identity of all customers paying upon delivery.

We require valid identification that matches the method of payment and person signing for the delivery.

We are unable to remove more mattress sets than we have delivered.

We are also unable to remove headboards, footboards, futons, water beds or any other furniture.
Delivery Restrictions
Our insurance prevents us from the following actions during your Red Carpet Delivery:
- Balcony deliveries.
- Moving, assembling, or disassembling furniture not included in your delivery.
