Join Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird and all the Sesame Street friends as they take to the stage to share their love of music in the Sesame Street Live "Elmo Makes Music" performances at the Tacoma Dome May 11-13th and at Everett’s Comcast Arena May 19th – 20th. Want discount tickets? Through May 12th bring your donation of new shoes to any Western Washington Sleep Country store and receive $5 off Sesame Street Live tickets! Your family will love the Sesame Street Live show as the friends teach children that everyone can make and love music. Help a local foster child and have fun with Sesame Street.
Sleep Country’s Foster Kids Shoe Drive Is On Now Through June 3!
For nearly 20,000 NW foster children it’s a challenge to find new shoes to replace a pair that have become too small or worn out. For many foster children a pair of new shoes help provide a sense of normalcy during a turbulent time. To help Sleep Country is collecting new shoes for foster children of all ages, boys and girls. Just bring your donation to any Sleep Country or donate online and we’ll do the shopping for you.

For nearly 20,000 Northwest foster children nights can feel long and lonely when you’re away from familiar faces and places. Even something as simple as a pair or warm pajamas can make the nights a little easier. Your generosity provided thousands of pajamas for local foster children. On behalf of Sleep Country and foster children in your neighborhood, thank you!
Sleep Country Thanks You For Your Generous Support of Foster Kids in 2011
Sleep Country would like to thank the generous people of the Northwest for helping make a positive difference in the lives of thousands of local foster children. In 2011 your generosity provided 2,800 pairs of new shoes, over 12,000 clothing items, 56,000 school supply items plus 9,000 warm coats for local foster children. Your gift of thousands of toys helped make birthdays and holidays that much brighter. Thanks to your support, Sleep Country gave local foster children over 2,300 tickets to fun events and raised over $140,000 through donations and the Foster Kids Pajama Bowl.
