Foster Kids Partner Application
Sleep Country has joined forces with local foster care agencies and the community to make a difference in the lives of local foster children. As part of an ongoing commitment to the community, Sleep Country is proud to lend a voice to these children and support the agencies in Oregon and Washington that help them.
If you are a foster care agency seeking donations from Sleep Country Foster Kids, please print and complete the application below. Applications will only be considered from recognized 501(c)3 organizations as we do not donate to individuals.
Please print and complete the application and supporting documents and mail them attention of Sleep Country Foster Kids at 6705 South 209th Street, Kent, WA 98032 or scan and email them to fosterkids@sleepcountry.com. Please note due to the high volume of interested foster care agencies, we do not follow up on information submitted.
