I bought a bed from Sleep Country, Medford, Oregon, and I couldn't be happier. I expecially was pleased with the kind, knowledgeable, and friendly, no pressure service from the salesman... Rob Turnbull. He helped me find what I thought was the right bed. It wasn't. But this was my decision, not his. I was scared to call, but when I did after sleeping on it for 99 nights, Rob told me to please come in. We exchanged the bed, and I'm VERY pleased with my decision, with Rob's help. Sleep Country picked up my old bed and hauled it away. And then did it all over again with the exchange. Just like they said they would. I'm very pleased with my new bed, and extreamly proud of Sleep Countrys service. It's not the type of service one expects anymore. I would recommend Sleep Country to anyone. They will not dissapoint you. And thank you Rob Turnbull.

I'm hoping I chose to leave this for the correct Tukwila/Southcenter store, since there are two. Anyway, we had an excellent experience with SleepCountry USA. Our sales associate, Briana, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped us pick the perfect mattress for us asking all the right questions and listening to all of our concerns. We are so pleased with our mattress. It's so comfy. The delivery drivers were also very professional and knowledgeable. They got it set up really quickly, but also made sure we had any questions/concerns addressed. Thank you so much. P.S. As an Interior Designer, the only suggestion I would have is to give your salespeople a more comfortable/professional looking sales desk. They deserve it! Other than that...awesome!!

We are writing to express our complete satisfaction with Sleep Country – Olympia and more importantly to recognize your Sales Consultant - Bill Butler. What a fantastic experience purchasing a new bed turned out to be.We had already shopped mattresses at Macys and were on our way back to purchase but decided to stop at a few other mattress stores to confirm. That was the plan anyway until we arrived at Sleep Country and met Bill Butler. He was personable, approachable and quickly abandoned the now all too familiar sales spiel (that we received from the other stores). He earnestly listened to our desires and concerns. He helped us find a comparable mattress and was able to honor the Price Match even though he could not find an exact match. In the end it was Bill, SC’s mattress selection on hand (great for comparison), same day delivery and setup (HUGE PLUS) and Price that won Sleep Country our business. We look forward to our next mattress purchase at Sleep Country.

Monica Shaw just sold me a wonderful mattress She was an excellent sales person and got me what I wanted at a price that I could afford and got me delivery the next day! The delivery people were wonderful they were very careful and considering a huge wind storm started just as they pulled up I think they deserve a huge raise. I will definitely purchase my next mattress from this store the service is great.

A few weeks ago we purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress from Taunia who was helping out at your Bonney Lake store. She was incredible to work with, answering all of our questions, helping to point us to mattresses that addressed our needs. At no time did we feel pressured or that we were being sold something other than the exact mattress we needed or wanted. I hope all your sales people are as amazing as Taunia. All I can say is your commercials do not accurately represent the level of customer service I received from salesperson Taunia Flindt and the Sleep Country USA company. I bought a high-end Tempur-Pedic and found out it did not agree with me. I did not doubt the warranty would be honored. My surprise came when all it took was me saying I did not like it. Taunia said come on in and pick something else out. She made sure I took time to find something I liked (I have bone problems and had a bit of tunnel vision about the Tempur -Pedic when I first came in).After I decided on something else she told me it could be replaced the next morning - I am there Saturday afternoon. I also asked about a blemish on the headboard, they did not think it was a warranty issue, but replaced it anyway. I will definitely recommend Sleep Country USA. It is the only place to buy a mattress.

We received great service from Susan Rheaume today. We ended up purchasing three new mattress sets and we feel like she gave us a good deal. Susan was very knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. We did feel not pressured into any particular brand or price point. Her salesmanship made this shopping trip I had been putting off a pleasure. Your company policies of trying out the mattress for 120 days, free delivery and free removal of our old mattress set closed the deal. Thank you!

Without a doubt, Monica and Ryan are top - notch! They demonstrate the above and beyond SERVICE that makes Sleep Country the first option in the Lewis-Clark Valley for bedding. I purchased 2 twin XL beds for my parents who were moving into assisted living within a couple days. The delivery team was on time and quick. Since my Mom is short, Ryan coordinated the exchange to a low profile frame and delivered within a couple days. Thanks for the exemplary service!!!

Although I did not ending purchasing a mattress at that time due to finances, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No one should know that much about mattresses and make it cool. I want to applaud you for having the great good fortune to have Kate Wagner as one of your employees. After a truly horrendous experience at Macy's, I came to Sleep Country in Issaquah (off Gilman). Kate was helpful, informed, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She also sold me the best possible mattress within my price range. I wanted to let you know that I bought a Beautyrest mattress from your Covington location yesterday, and Tim Stokes was my sales guy. He is really good!!!! He did an excellent job of educating me on the beds and knew a lot about all of them, and he gave me a good deal too! My chiropractor recommended a Beautyrest bed, and you guys had an excellent selection of them to choose from. I went with the firm plush. Tim did an excellent job of helping me pick it out and everything.

I wanted to let you know what excellent customer service I received from your employee Krissy Stokes. After being greeted by Krissy she took the time to ascertain my needs in a bed, help me establish a price range and explore my options. I proceeded to test a number of beds and finally decided on a new Beauty Rest Mattress set. She also helped me get a new set of sheets and arrange for delivery. Krissy was very professional and until I was informed otherwise I assumed she was the store manager based on her appearance, product knowledge and demeanor. She truly made the experience not only pleasant but somewhat entertaining. Likewise your delivery crew was punctual, helpful and professional. Krissy is an asset to your corporation and I have already referred several people to her who are thinking about getting a new bed. So many times all you ever hear is the negative. I needed to let you know the positive.

Many customers can remember positive customer service experiences just because a sales person is friendly and efficient. Negative customer service experiences tend to leave memorable impressions as well, often alienating the customer and creating negative press. But it is the unique customer service experience that can start off on unstable footing, but finish with service that exceeds all expectations, as did Mr. Fosler did with me, that creates a LOYAL CUSTOMER. Because of my initial positive experience with your star employee Krissy Stokes, and my subsequent awesome, off-the-charts positive experience with Mr. Fosler, I will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase bedding products. Furthermore, I will tell everyone I know of how wonderful Sleep Country is, especially the two locations in Seattle's Southcenter & Westwood Village neighborhoods.

We just bought a bed at the Covington store and have not received our bed yet. This guy is amazing! He is so well informed and we walked away from there with so much more knowledge. In reviewing and researching mattresses, we zoned in on Sleep Country. We had no idea that we would receive the service and flat-out utmost knowledge from this man. The price we paid was more than fair and more than we expected. I will absolutely never buy a mattress anywhere else. This company has the right direction in customer service and I know; I have been in customer service for more than 20 years. Bob did not know this and I guess the best part of my experience here was I did not have to tell him. This guy has it all. I would love to steal him and have him sell jobs for my company but, I think other consumers need him as much as I did in buying a new bed.

I would like to tell you about a great experience we had buying a mattress from Robert at your Covington store. We went into the store not knowing what we wanted or even if we really did want to buy a new bed. We are long time waterbed owners and not sure we were ready to give it up. Robert spent an hour or so one day and another couple of hours with us the next day and showed us all the features of the beds. We felt very comfortable with him and never felt like he was trying to 'sell' us. I felt then as I do now that he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We think Robert is a great sales person and a true asset to your company. We hope that your company realizes that already! We will continue to tell our friends and family to buy their beds from him.

I needed to replace a 25 year-old mattress, was on my way to the Mall sale and stopped by Sleep Country. Was taken care of by a super knowledgeable young man. Knew my budget, identified my needs, and led me to a product that was perfect. My price, my comfort needs, great experience. The delivery staff were friendly and efficient, did everything except make up the new bed. Not sure they would have said no if I asked. Can't say enough good about the company.
